Adaptalift was a company I once admired and trusted. It has made me reconsider my thoughts through bad management decisions that effected us through no fault of our own. Senior management of this company needs to be seriously looked at.
No warranty, wanted credit card details and $300 hold before coming to site to assess a broken limit switch. Came to site and instantly accused us of breaking the item and wanted us to pay. 10 month old forklift. Very aggressive and grumpy old technician.
Driving by a van driver today at 7.15am heading east? (Towards GC/airport, I turned off before he made that decision) on the Logan motorway. Followed him from paradise road exit to Beaudesert rd turn off, the driving never changed. …
