ACT Human Rights Commission reviews
I agree with the other comments, complete waste of time. Months of waiting for the complaint to be investigated after being accepted, the person I made the complaint about was given six months to respond, I was then given 3 weeks over …
Too slow but one complaint ok one it slow too complicit
Seriously don’t even bother if the other party won’t budge they do absolutely nothing yet takes 8 months for them to get this outcome

The staff at the government office were unhelpful and the service was extremely slow. I had to wait for months for any progress on my complaint and they gave the other party too much time to respond. Overall, a frustrating experience.
I had a terrible experience at the ACT Human Rights Commission Government office. The staff were unprofessional and uncaring. I waited for months for my complaint to be investigated and the outcome was unsatisfactory. I would not recommend this office to anyone.
The government office was a disappointment. The service was slow and unhelpful. The staff did not take my complaint seriously and the outcome was not in my favor. I would advise others to seek alternative options for resolving their issues.
