These guys are totally unprofessional, I have a vibration in my car so I asked them diagnose it. They advised me that the vibration was due to an incorrect repair done by another mechanic, a part was replaced incorrectly, and to go back and fix it with the original mechanic (although they did give me their card to call if the other mechanic wasn't able to fix it the vibration. I asked them what it would cost for them to fix it and they said it would probably be cheaper for me to have my original mechanic fix the mistake.). They didn't seem very interested or helpful in trying to figure out the issue. They were pretty dismissive of my question and made it seem like I was wasting their time. I don't understand why they would turn away business like that, especially when there aren't many mechanics in my area.
