I recommend don't use this car park ever as I parked my car in the basement at 6:30 pm and went up for test on third floor. Once i have given my test I came back at 9:30 pm and it was closed. My car was parked in the basement I was begging at them a lot to open the shutters. Security came and were helping on forecefully on this. I do not recommend to park your car here.
Best to avoid!! Extremely narrow entrance and exit. Very easy to scratch or damage your car going through those tiny entrance and exit pathways. The exit path is also very dangerous to pedestrians, as there is no way to see them until you are almost out. It's just overall not worth the risk.
Used this private car park whilst visiting the busy dining strip in Box Hill. The entry was clean and well-lit, the goose neck doesn't issue tickets, you enter with a credit/debit card scan which is better for the environment. Pricing was reasonable and it felt secure. No complaints here.
