Installed our ducted system in late 2004, professional and tidy installation that has worked great for 17+ years. A few days ago it came up with an error code, I rang Paul and chatted to him about what was happening. He gave me a few things to try and it got us operational again - even ringing me a few days later to disconnect the battery on the wall control panel once the system had done its factory default and returned to operational status. Very impressed and thankful for his time that got us fixed and going again.

Very poor communication and not impressed.
We had Ace Air Conditioners put in a Mitsubishi split air conditioner. Despite having to come up with a different fit because of a beam in the ceiling, they were able to come up with a solution and the guys were great. We selected them because friends have had them for years and recommended them. We went with is because they didn't push Mitsubishi and had other options but were happy to go with them as they suggested it for the constrained room we were fitting it in. Will be going back to them when we do the next room.
They did a great job installing our Fujitsu split system in our bedroom. Arrived on time and cleaned up after the installation. Would highly recommend them.
Had two new air conditioning units put in last week. Job was done by 2 pm, tradesmen were very efficient and also very pleasant. Very neat and tidy. Explained everything in detail before leaving and made sure we understood how to use the units. I would highly recommend this company to anyone thinking of getting air conditioning. Have dealt with this company twice now and no complaints at all.
The price was just too good to say no to which made me very nervous they would let me down in some other way. The 3 guys who came to fit the 3 split system units were great and the job was done to a high standard. I've had no issue since the installation so the installation itself appears to be perfect.
Whilst having our house built, we spoke to Ace air at the 2019 Build Expo. We had a copy of our house plans and were looking for ideas for three (3) different air conditioning units as we had some quite large open planned areas. Over the course of 2 weeks (due to having some amendments to our plans) we contacted Ace air numerous times and each time they were very professional, helpful and full of suggestions and ideas. I will be speaking with them in the near future to finalize our order.
I contacted Ace Air to get a price (to supply and install) on two Fujitsu air conditioners. Their in-home sales representative came to our house and their quote was competitive and the sales representative was polite and knowledgeable. Their installer was on time and friendly and did a good installation job. I would happily recommend Ace Air to friends and family.
Needed my ducted system repaired, Paul was very knowledgeable, found the problem quickly and fixed it. Will definitely be using them for any future requirements.

Engaged Ace Air to repair a temperamental air con that kept switching off randomly. Technician identified the issue and repaired at a cost which provided good bang for buck.
