No signage, awful to find parking, staff then blamed me for being late after terrible parking experience. Staff were rude. Although there were 6 employees in the office and not one other customer, staff tried to tell me that as I was 10 minutes late they could not see me. When I showed them on my phone that they had told me I could come in somewhere within a 21 minute span of me arriving, they changed their story and said that I should have been here at the beginning of that time frame. The back pedaling and shifting of blame was quite remarkable. The service request I made was also, conveniently, impossible to be guaranteed at the time. Overall, a crappy experience trying to get this done for the next month. I would only recommend Access Canberra Service Centre Dickson if you have weeks and weeks to waste.

Awful service - their premise is that you can just 'walk in' if you want to chat to someone. Ignore the c19 online appointment booking and come on in. They could not help me any less and when I challenged why I had been asked to complete several pages of forms online to attend, they advised that they were not in the same office, and so the online form I completed was useless. So why require me to complete an online form at all? That's just the least of it and I hope ACT Government …
Horribly rude, bit condescending as well. The guy should just quit if he hates his job this much. I'm sorry that you have to work here but it's not mine or other customers fault.

Two female staff members will clearly unhappy and annoyed in their demeanor at having to serve the customers who came in during my appointment. This was immediately obvious upon entering the building. Their unhappy demeanor was continued throughout my transaction with them. Poor staff training and customer service.
There's a reason for the low score, where do I start? Being yelled at by a staff member for merely asking for clarification on something, to inconsistent information being provided to rude staff who do telling off to simply grumpy old women who do not smile. The place is horrible and employees rude and unprofessional.

I have been dealing with Lisa since October 2018. She has been rude and at one point this week, after trying to fox access Canberra's computer system by *rebooting* her machine - never heard of it - for her, Lisa yelled: "this is your problem" really? We rebooted her machine for her yet it was our fault. Getting a new licence should not require me to spend 3 days trying to get a piece of plastic.
