I went into academy last week and had one of the best shopping experience of my new build! I came with out an appointment on Monday and was greeted by a young lady, who was not only extremely knowledgeable in all aspects, but a delight to be around. It was such a refreshing change because at every other tile store I have been to you simply cannot get an answer to even a simple question. To make things even better, the selection here is outstanding. It was so nice to see something other than white, grey and timber- frankly I'm over it. The quality of the tiles are amazing and the prices are suprisingly reasonable. The young lady was so helpful and stayed with us for hours.
