My Dad had his puppy (she's 2) in for the first time for 8 days. She came back happy and healthy and bathed. Only down side is, I think they could send a quick message or email half way through the stay, literally saying that your pet is doing well, just for peace of mind for yourself
Staff and service are great. Our dog appeared happy and very tired out when he came home which is a good sign of an enjoyable time with pack mates.
