Shaun came out to install an NBN cable as per Telstra's request. He was here for well over an hour and extremely thorough with testing to ensure our Foxtel and my home business would not be interrupted, only to find Telstra had not even connected us to the main 'node' yet ! Anyway Shaun returned several times until it was working perfectly and my open home went ahead as planned. Many thanks for a great job.
