Every time I called for the Beenleigh office I was automatically transferred to the Brisbane office which couldn’t help me, at all….. get a different number for the Beenleigh office if you’re just goin to transfer the busy line to the Brisbane office which will then inform me to call back 20x
They provide a good service most of the time but their work load is just far too big.
