Beware, dithering old man needs to retire, did more talking than cleaning in one hour, antiquated equipment at best, looked like an old dunny brush with only a couple of bristles left, brushed by hand for 5 mins, nothing came down from …
Russell answered phone promptly and gave very helpful advice over the phone on how to solve removing a bird trapped in the wood heater flue. Worked perfectly. Within 5 minutes bird free. Very knowledgeable and polite.
