I had a wonderful experience at the Waterloo showroom, all thanks to Thannya's exceptional service. Her genuine warmth and professionalism were evident from the moment I stepped in. Thannya's knowledge about the products and her ability to assist me in finding the perfect items for my kitchen, bathroom, and laundry was truly impressive. She patiently answered all my questions and provided valuable advice. I highly recommend visiting the showroom and asking for Thannya's assistance.
Not been to the showroom, but I've bought a few of their products and I love them. The quality is top-notch and they have a great range available. I'm considering visiting the showroom soon.

The after-sales service from this company is unacceptable. I had an issue with one of the products I purchased, and it took weeks for them to respond and provide a solution. The lack of communication and delayed resolution was frustrating. I will not be purchasing from them again.
