Called and waited numerous times over the span of 5 weeks to hear back on a referral, just to hear from my gp it was a no, the reception staff were less than helpful but I will say Aaron did help a lot. Nobody at reception could give me a straight answer, seemingly able to answer all other calls before mine, don’t think they care about their patients enough.
Update 02/08/23: The phones are far more likely to be answered now and a response email is usually received. There are still some email improvements to be made, however, it is a much better service than a year ago.
