I had a terrible experience with Assured Appliance Repairs. After paying for the initial service call, I expected prompt and efficient service. However, I have been waiting for three weeks and my oven still hasn't been repaired. I called twice to follow up and was told they would take care of it, but nothing happened. On my third call, I decided not to bother anymore. Their customer service is terrible and their response time is incredibly slow. I left a voicemail message, but no one bothered to return my call. I am extremely disappointed.
