Fantastic service for approximately fifteen years now. The coffee beans have been of consistent quality, and the assistance with machine purchase and repairs absolutely amazing. Especially given we are on the South Coast of WA and 9Bar Coffee operates out of Sydney NSW. I highly recommend Mark and his team.

The coffee machine broke after a few months and the customer service was terrible. It took weeks for them to respond and they did not offer a solution. Very disappointed.
