Their genuine concern and willingness to assist, along with their expertise and knowledge, has made each visit enjoyable and stress-free. They always go above and beyond to ensure that my father is happy with his purchase and that he gets the best value for his money. 99 Bikes is not just a bike store, but a place where you can feel confident and supported in your cycling journey.
Walked our bikes in this afternoon with no idea about anything. To our relief, we weren’t made to feel like dummies. We received such amazing service this afternoon at Cannon Hill. The gentleman who helped us (didn’t get his name, but we have his email ????) was so knowledgeable and patient. Explained everything that needed explaining and we walked out with a much better understanding than when we walked in. We even left with an unexpected addition for our bikes. The service we received today was excellent and we’ll definitely be going back and recommending this place. Thanks so much! ????
