We were helped my Austin today, and as beginner riders we had a lot of questions! Austin helped us with everything we needed, and really took the time to work with us. We really appreciated the effort he put into helping us find the perfect …
Denise from workshop was very knowledgeable and I guess she was concerned for my safety (I have a questionable old bike) so she fixed a couple things pro bono. Young fellas in the retail store were happy to teach me about bike maintenance while I was waiting. Must be a good place to work as everyone seemed quite happy.
