Could not recommend Syndel for a pediatric blood test more highly. She was an absolute angel, and made us all feel so comfortable!
Waited for more than an hour with my sick child even when there were only 3 people ahead of me…. Someone just went in without a number and the pathologist attended him for around 15 - 20 mins. Which is just ridiculous considering to wait with a sick child. I have never waited for a pathology this long ever.
On the day I was having blood tests it was SO busy but Syndel made me feel comfortable and at ease. Thanks to the team.
