Purchase and shipping was fine. Bought a rapt pill which failed a few months later, these things happen which is fine. But after 2 emails, a phone call and a txt I still havnt had a response. I recieved a txt saying they would response to my email, where I explained what happened to the rapt pill, the following day, which they did not.
Been a customer here for about 12 months now and have loved every time I’ve been in store. Super helpful, a big range of products and helpful in finding solutions. Super friendly staff, they always have time for you
