This spot has a couple of artillery pieces captured from the Germans from the first world war. Great to snap a selfie with and to appreciate the size and firepower these would have had for the time. (I never got a chance to go inside the center)
I've swum in pools all around Australia. I rate this one as one of the best. Great location, very good value entry. Plenty of space to spread the swimmers around. First class.
3 dollar entry, 50m swim pool under cover and perfect temp for training in. Cafe for a coffee, all staff I encountered on the 3 occasions were friendly
