Major issues with communication between employees/employers. Originally went to get radio fixed, didn't hear anything for a few weeks so returned to find that they had lost it.

The guy asked for a receipt. Nup, chucked that out.
It took forever to get my radio fixed. The wait time was ridiculous.
The staff were not friendly and provided poor customer service.
The facilities and amenities were average. Nothing special.
The value for money was not good. I ended up paying a lot for a subpar service.
The initial impression and atmosphere were fine, nothing remarkable.
The overall experience was disappointing. I would not recommend this company.
