Privileged to have a remedial massage by Clare, as I came in with a painful knotty neck, shoulder and back from work and she was so incredibly thorough, the perfect pressure (firm for me) and she addressed every little locked up muscle and released it. Definitley returning. Thankyou Clare!
All the staff are fantastically trained and knowledgeable. My family and I have seen Dave and Amy for general upkeep, pregnancy support and with specific injuries over the last 12 years. Love that they can always find an appointment when required and can recommend ‘like’ therapists or those with special interest.
