Ridiculous service!! Tried charging me a fee of $45 dollars for a “Telehealth” appointment because apparently I’m not eligible for bulk billed service even though I’ve got a Medicare / health care card.
Tried booking through app. Ended up having to call. on hold for about 20 minutes. Doctor booked. SMS advising they couldn't contact me about an hour and a half later. No missed calls. Another half an hour later another SMS this time …
Total unprofessional amateurs, just save your time and money and go straight to the ER… …

Waited for over two hours for a doctor to show up. They were supposed to be here within 90 minutes. Absolutely pathetic service. Do not recommend.
The doctor was rude and dismissive. Didn't take the time to listen to my concerns and just brushed me off. Waste of time and money.
