The number is not connected. It is absolutely useless trying to contact a service that has no phone number that works. I've tried 4 times and get, Your call cannot be connected.
It was my first time using this service and I was so impressed. Lovely and helpful phone staff, the doctor called 20 mins prior to arrival as promised, arrived within the allotted timeframe and was professional, friendly and helpful. I would definitely use this company again if needed.
