The taro cake here is the best in Sydney I reckon, haven't found one that tops it yet. Soft, light vanilla sponge sandwiched with taro puree and covered in fresh cream. Not overly sweet and so, so easy to eat. It looks a little daggy (or vintage!) but always hits the spot.
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. We got the cheese sticks today and the expiry is 14 June 2022 (it is April now), however as soon as we opened the packet the smell of rancid oil was so strong I hesitated putting it in my mouth. …
For some reason I passed by this place for years before trying. Some favourites: cheesecake - has a nice touch of raisins and that magic chiffon cream texture that's not like the fake stuff which is more a sponge cake; coffee cookies; …
